300 Rep Workout

I did Zuzanna’s 300 Rep Workout today:

50 Prisoner Jump lunges

50 1-leg push ups

50 half squat pulses

50 alternating frog jumps (or whatever they’re called)

50 get ups

50 1 arm press ups

Here are the modifications I made

  • used a 15lb kettle bell during the half squat pulses
  • I did prisoner get ups with just my body weight (unlike Zuzanna’s Turkish get ups with a 35lb sand bag)
  • The one-arm press ups were done without the press from the ground. What I did was lay with my hips, legs and toes on the ground while propping myself up with one hand. Then I lifted my hips from the ground, forming an upside-down “V” with my body. My arms were burning way too much to do the press up portion.

The most important part… my time. It was 13:33:63.
