Fitness Style?
Lift heavy, lift strong, and lift often! I also hate traditional steady-state cardio; The thought of it bores me to death. So you won’t find me playing musical chairs on the elliptical, treadmill and StairMaster. I prefer HIIT (high intensity interval training on a spin bike, doing hill sprints and going for long jump rope sessions by the lake.
Goals for the next 3 month?
- More muscle definition
- To increase my squat by 40lbs
- To be able to do 10 unassisted dips (I can only do 3) and 5 unassisted pull ups (Alas, I can only do 1. I’ve avoided these exercises for far too long. It’s time to conquer them!)
- To sprint hills, jump rope or spin 6 days a week
Favourite Exercises?
- Chin ups
- Squats
- Shoulder Presses
- Push ups (Yeah!)
- Tabata-style workouts (only 24 minutes but killer!)
Deserted island fitness kit (3 items)
- A good pair of shoes (ouchy feet aren’t fun to work out with!)
Who needs equipment on a deserted island! I can use rocks, trees and vines!
