			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I did Zuzanna&#8217;s 300 Rep Workout today:</p>
<p><strong>50 Prisoner Jump lunges</strong></p>
<p><strong>50 1-leg push ups</strong></p>
<p><strong>50 half squat pulses</strong></p>
<p><strong>50 alternating frog jumps (or whatever they&#8217;re called)</strong></p>
<p><strong>50 get ups</strong></p>
<p><strong>50 1 arm press ups </strong></p>
<p>Here are the modifications I made</p>
<ul>
<li>used a 15lb kettle bell during the half squat pulses</li>
<li>I did prisoner get ups with just my body weight (unlike Zuzanna&#8217;s Turkish get ups with a 35lb sand bag)</li>
<li>The one-arm press ups were done without the press from the ground. What I did was lay with my hips, legs and toes on the ground while propping myself up with one hand. Then I lifted my hips from the ground, forming an upside-down &#8220;V&#8221; with my body. My arms were burning way too much to do the press up portion.</li>
</ul>
<p>The most important part&#8230; my time. It was <strong>13:33:63. </strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I&#8217;ve been doing a lot of running for the past couple of weeks, since I&#8217;ve gotten over treadmill vertigo finally.  I&#8217;m averaging 11 minutes per mile. I&#8217;d like to be faster, so that means I&#8217;ll have to start working on my sprints again (which I haven&#8217;t done in a while), and start increasing my squat (which I&#8217;ve been doing at 95lbs).</p>
<p>I guess leg days should now involve heavy squats and sprints.</p>

<p>The day after&#8230; it hurts! It hurts so good!<br />
In 20 minutes, I did 11 rounds of 5 pull ups/chin ups, 10 push ups and 15  squats.</p>
<p>It was hard to do regular pull ups after the second round. So I did negatives for pretty much the entire workout. They were still extremely challenging and I was drenched in sweat by the 5 minute mark. Perhaps the reason why so many Crossfit folks can get so many pull ups done is because of their kipping technique. I was doing strict form pull ups. No kipping. Maybe I&#8217;ll learn to do that&#8230; after I can do 20 consecutive pull ups/chin ups.</p>
<p>I kept my form for the push ups to the end of the 10th round (1oo push ups!) For the 11th round I had to work from my knees. The  squats were pretty easy because I practise them a lot.</p>
<p>I want to try this workout again in a month and see how my pull ups improve. My push ups can only get better, and my squats will only get faster.</p>
<p>This excites me.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As much as I would love to complete this workout, I&#8217;ve been unable to sleep in the past night. It&#8217;s not anxiety that&#8217;s kept me awake. I&#8217;m just inexplicably wired yet ultimately tired.</p>
<p>No sleep means that I will not be able to give my maximum effort to this workout. I&#8217;m really bummed and just want to sleep; but I can&#8217;t. It&#8217;ll have to be shifted to Wednesday. This screws up my 3 days on 1 day off pattern. So I&#8217;ll have to rearrange my workouts for the rest of the week. Not cool. Goddammit, body! Fall asleep!</p>
